With an extensive academic background, Dr. Shah has contributed significantly to the field with 138 published manuscripts and has presented at over 80 national and international meetings, showcasing his commitment to advancing Orthopaedic research and education. His notable expertise in research lies in reducing hospital readmissions and enhancing patient-reported outcomes, reflecting a dedication to improving the overall quality of patient care in Medicine. In his free time, Dr. Shah enjoys spending time with his two daughters and his wife.

Sunhith Donti
Sunhith Donti is a healthcare innovator, data scientist, and operations leader dedicated to advancing perioperative care through machine learning, artificial intelligence, and patient-centered design. As Director of Operations at Periop Ortho, he leads the initiatives that reduce cancellations, enhance patient engagement, and streamline workflows for orthopedic practices.
Sunhith has worked on studies using patient-reported outcomes in orthopedics and continues to bridge the gap between clinical care and digital innovation. He has played a pivotal role in translating complex clinical processes into efficient digital tools from physician dashboards to HIPAA-compliant data pipelines and predictive analytics. He is driven by a mission to harness data science to improve health outcomes across diverse populations.
Outside of work, Sunhith is an avid scuba diver and enjoys hiking and exploring the outdoors.
